Zero retention means we permanently delete all client data — audio, transcripts, extracted data — from our servers immediately after syncing it to your CRM. No archives, no backups, no training data. Once it's in your CRM, it's gone from ours forever.

Yes. AI Secretary generates case notes meeting SEC recordkeeping standards and Regulation S-P privacy requirements. Our zero-retention model means there's no stored client data that could be compromised — exceeding what most compliance officers require. No separate application or certification is needed.

Do I need to record my meetings?
